It's day 4 of the summer give-away! Wow, where is this week going? First, a slight correction to Monday's and Wednesday's squares. I listed the smaller squares as 3", when actually they are 4"! So that's a good thing, right? A bit more fabric than you thought, and if you need a smaller size, you can always cut them down!
Now on to today's offering which is another set of squares - this time a group of Asian prints (most have some woven-in metallic threads). There are 54 5-inch squares, plus 32 3 3/4-inch squares. The 5" squares are assorted prints, but the 3 3/4" squares are all the same. These squares also have one corner trimmed, but it falls outside the 1/4" seam allowance. These are leftovers from a project, but it is a lovely background/neutral fabric so hopefully you can find a use for them. I think I have finished with the Asian fabric phase, at least for now.
Be sure to join in on Vicki's give-away, and check out the other link-ups too. Come back every day this week for another chance to win!
I love the 30's fabrics. My daughter loves those Asian fabrics. But when I do scrappy quilts I love it all. Those would make beautiful hexies.

ReplyDeleteI love batiks and Asian fabrics equally, followed by hand dyes. Thanks for this beautiful giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI like hand-dyes and batiks. I'm also like the prints with metallic woven through them. Would love these squares! I have a U.S. mailing address.

ReplyDeleteBatiks, for sure, are my favorite. But quilting would not be as interesting without all the other mountains of fabric I have in my stash.
ReplyDeleteI love the rich colors of batiks.
ReplyDeleteI love just about anything but civil war fabrics are catching my eye at the moment.
ReplyDeleteI love your creativity and have signed up for the newsletter.
ReplyDeleteI love batiks and hand dyes, also ginkgo. I have used this motif on a number of my ceramic pieces.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your creativity -
I don't care about style as long as there's plenty of color!

Whoops, please disregard me. I didn't read the fine print and am Canadian.
