Snow Day Experiment

A snow day off work is a chance to experiment. Elizabeth had some small dyed pieces that were less than inspiring. So, after folding them, she decided to try placing the powdered dye under the snow this time, instead of pouring the liquid dye over the snow. Putting on a respirator (always when using powdered dye), she sprinkled the black dye powder along some of the folds and topped with snow. She waited for the snow to melt and then let it sit another day to batch. Good thing there was another bathroom to use!

 Tomorrow - results!
