The giveaway for day 3 of the Fall Festival is this group of 5 prints on Cherrywood Fabric.
Well, actually the dark blue is another hand-dye, but the others are all Cherrywood, If you're not familiar with Cherrywood, it is a hand-dyed cotton that resembles suede. Yummy colors. These pieces are all from a scrap bag and are approximately 6 x 9 inches, give or take a bit. The gold with the purple poppies is the smallest piece. They are all extras from a printing session.
What could you do with these? Incorporate them into a quilt or pillow top, jacket or vest; applique onto a tote or other bag; make into wall art; frame it. I'm sure you can you can think of other ideas as well. All are printed with textile paint and have been heat set, so are fully washable if you use them on something that will be washed.
In order to be entered in the drawing to win this set of prints, first go to our Etsy shop and then comment below, telling us what your favorite screen image is, or what type of designs you prefer - nature, graphic, modern, text, etc.
Winners will be announced on the blog on Tuesday, October 21. Good luck!

All are lovely. I would choose the Ginko leaves.
ReplyDeleteChoosing a single favorite is hard! A couple that I really do love though, are the fern leaf and the pine branch.. reminds me of being in the deep dark forest-- quiet and solitude.. :-)...If I won, I think I'd incorporate these into a tote bag / or purse! So pretty!! Thanks for the chance to win!
